Please add water directlywhen mixing. It has characteristics of low water binder ratio,high liquidity,zero bleeding,micro-expansive,and good durability. It is widely used in a variety of prestressing concrete grouting, such as beam presstressingpipe grouting, element equipment, anchor, etc. Besides, it can also be used for nuclear power plant shellgrouting and repair the loose, cracks and holes of concrete.

Usage
1,add water directly, W/C ratio is 0. 26~0. 28.
2.pour water into the blender,switch on it,evenly add all the sizing,stirring S~10mmn
3,duration is not more than 40min from this product finishes stirring to press into the channel. During usekeeps continuous stirring.
Notice
1,when Grouting, slurry temperature should remain between 5~35'℃,if not,measures should be taken tomeet the conditions.
2,water weighing of prestressing pipe sizing is accurate, and it is strictly according to determ imed waterbinder ratio to add water, do not free to adjust the amount of water.
3,the speed of the mixer should be not less than 1000r/min,mixing vane shape should match the speed.The lime speed of blade should not be less than 10m/s,the maxim um line speed should be limited within the20m/s,and should be able to meet the requirem ents of mixing evenly within the stipulated time.
4,used for temporary storage of slurry should have the mixing function,and set the filter mesh size whichis not greater than 3mm.
5,grouting machine should use continuous operating piston type of pressure pump,pressure gaugeminimum value should be less than 0. 1MPa Greatest range should make the actual working pressure within therange of 25%~75%. Do not use wind pressure type of grouting pump for duct grouting.

1, this product packing by double bags, inside plastic,outside woven,the net weight is 25kg.
2, store in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
