DESCRIPTION:
DS-J2 retarding polycarboxylic-type superplasticizer has characteristics of high water-reducing,highslump,high increase strength and less dosage,obviously retarding effect,good adaptability of cement and etc.It applies to preparation of admixtures concrete,such as commercial concrete,high strength concrete,flowconcrete,self-compacting concrete,and etc.
Technical performances & features
1,this product is light brown red,brownish-yellow or colorless transparent liquid,products are nontoxic,nonflammable,non-corrosive,low alkali content,no chlorine ions,solids content is (10%~30%) ±1.
2,high water-reducing,folding solid is 0. 1%~0. 4%,water-reducing rate reached 25%~45%.
3,high slump,concrete slump is little loss of 1~2H, and is not almost affected by temperature changes.
4,high enhancement, 3D compressive strength rate of concrete is greater than 150%, 28D than 130%.
5,good applicability of cement,it applies to different types of cement,especially high performanceconcrete which is made from fly ash,slag and other active admixture. Such as high durability concrete,self-compacting concrete and etc.
6,obviously retarding effect, it can extend 4~8h (adjustable) of the initial setting time of concrete,delayconcrete cement hydration temperature rising,reducing 4-6'C of the maxim um temperature rise of concrete
7,good resistance to bleeding and segregation behavior of concrete,small concrete pumping resistance

Usage
1,the content of actual use should be determ ined by trial. 25% solids commonly used content is0. 7%~1. 2%, 12% solids is 1. 5%~2. 5%,when the preparation of high-strength concrete,increasing the content.
2, this product is not compounded with naphthalene water-reducing agent. When used with other additives,concrete compatibility testing should be carried out.
Packing & Storage
1,packing by 200kg~1000kg barrels or transporting by trucks.
2, store in a covered container, and avoid the rain and water evaporation,prevent exposure and frost
3, expiration date is 1 year. Expire products can still be used after testing qualified.
