DESCRIPTION:
DS-1 superplasticizer has characteristics of low gas entramning and high water-reducing,strengthenhancing and etc. It applies to ordinary concrete,high strength concrete, road concrete, pumping concrete,etc.

1,water-reducing rate is 15%~25%.
2,good enhancement effect,concrete ld strength ratio is greater than 140%, 28D strength of that is greaterthan 135%. Tensile,fexural,bars bond strength,impermeability of concrete performances have significantlyimproved
3, strong plasticized function,the slump can be increased by 3~7cm to 15~20cm,water retention,cohesiveness and pumping capability significantly improved,and the strength of concrete is not reduced orslightly increased
4, umder the circum stances that the same strength and slump of concrete,the umit cement content can bereduced 15%~20%, and the strength of concrete is not reduced or slightly increased so as to reduce the cost andimprove the quality of concrete.
5,there is low air entraining,concrete air content is 2. 0%~3. 0%, easy to pump, and can improve theimpermeability and durability of concrete.
Usage
1, the powder use dosage is 0. 5%~1. 2% of cement, appropriate dosage is 0. 75%. Suitable dosage of wateragent is 1. 5%~2. 5% of cement
2, the powder can be dry mixed. It should be properly extended the mixing time.
3, the initial use this product, in order to obtain the best results,please make a concrete trial by the site rawmaterial.
Packing & Storage
1,packing by 200kg~1000kg barrels or transporting by trucks.
2, store in a covered container, and avoid the rain and water evaporation,prevent exposure and frost
3, expiration date is 1 year. Expire products can still be used after testing qualified.
