DESCRIPTION:
DS-2 retarding superplasticizer has characteristics of plasticizing,retarding, low gas entraining,enhancement,improving concrete pumping performance and so on. It applies to preparation of commercialconcrete, normal concrete, RCC and large volume concrete,etc.

1,the rate 15%~25%.
2, 1~2H of the concrete slump losses is small, and almost not affected by temperature changes.
3, W/C ratio and slump of the concrete does not change,reduces 15%~25% of cement, under thecircum stances, 7d and 28D strength of concrete is not reduced and slightly raised. Concrete tensile,flexural,bars bond strength,impermeability and durability have improved significantly.
4,good plasticized function,the shump can be increased by 3~7cm to 15~25cm,water retention,cohesiveness and pumping capability significantly improved.
5, good retarding effect,it can extend the initial setting time 4~8h (adjustable to 10 hours or more) ofconcrete,delay cement hydration temperature of concrete, reduce the maxim um temperature rise 4-6℃ ofconcrete,improve the cracking resistance performance.
6, trace air entraining,concrete air content is 3%~5% (adjustable) , the imperm eability and durability ofconcrete can be improved.

1, the powder appropriate dosage is 0. 5%~1. 0% of cement,water agent is 1. 5%~2. 5% of that
2, the powder can be dry mixed. It should be properly extended the mixing time.3, the initial use this product, in order to obtain the best results, please make a concrete trial by the site raw material
Packing & Storage
1, the powder is packing by double bags,inside plastic,outside woven,the net weight of each bag is 25kg.The water agent is packing by 200kg-1000kg barrels or transport by trucks.
2,store in ventilated,cool warehouse.
3,expiration date is 2 years. Expire products can still be used after testing qualified.
