DESCRIPTION:
GK-3Z Nanocrystalline seed accelerator is a cement-based admixture which can promote cement hydration reaction and thus improve its early strength development. Its action mechanism is to provide the crystal core growth point of cement hydration, reduce the nucleation potential barrier, improve the early cement hydration reaction rate, and thus improve the super-early strength of cement matrix composite materials within 24 hours, meanwhile without losing the late strength and affecting the durability of concrete.
USES
GK-3Z is widely used in cement-based building materials, especially suitable for all kinds of precast concrete, high strength concrete, low temperature construction and oil well cement systems.
CHARACTERISTICS：
GK-3Z offers the following advantages:
* Good super-early strength performance, and greatly improve the early strength of concrete under the conditions of low temperature, thermal curing and room temperature;
* No effect on the strength and durability of concrete in later period;
* Shorten demolding time to improve mold turnover rate;
* Shorten or even eliminate the steaming curing process to reduce energy consumption;
* Reduce the amount of cementitious materials to save costs.

APPLICATION
RECOMMEND DOSAGE
1%—5% by weight of cementitious materials
USING METHOD：Appropriate amount of water reducer, for example GK-3000, should be used in concrete.
NOTES ON APPLICATION：
1. When used, the amount of the GK-3Z shall be deducted from the mixing water;
2. With the increased dosage of GK-3A, the dosage of water reducer can be reducedappropriately.
3. In general, the higher the dosage is, the better the early strength effect is. Determine the most appropriate dosage base on the adaptability test and the actual requirement.
4. It should be fully stirring when using. If necessary, extend the stirring time.
