DESCRIPTION:
GK-EPW is a kind of environmentally friendly epoxy floor paint, solvent free, odourless and harmless. It offers good performance of high bonding strength with the base surface, low curing shrinkage, high surface brightness, and thick film forming at one time for construction of epoxy self-leveling flooring.
USES：GK-EPW is widely used in purification workshop where required to protect from dust and corrosion, such as laboratory, paper manufactoring, cigarette making factory, textile factory, chemical industry, medicine manufactures, food manufactures, electronics and precision instruments manufactures, etc.

APPLICATION
RECOMMEND DOSAGE
Comp. A : B (curing agent) = 4 : 1 by weight/volume
USING METHOD：
1. Base surface grinding: clean up the sand, hollow areas, parts with low strength, and dust;
2. Trowel primer: mix according to a certain proportion of the two components, coat evenly, no interruptions;
3. Trowel coating: mix according to a certain proportion of the two components, coat evenly, no interruptions;
4. Trowel coating finish: mix according to a certain proportion of the two components, coat evenly, no interruptions.
NOTES ON APPLICATION：
1. Brushes interval 24 hours for each layer;
2. The construction environment temperature should be 15C~30C, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%. Concrete base strength should not be less than C25. Concrete base surface should be flat and low moisture content. Because GK-EPW has high viscosity, it is appropriate to use trowel construction. Professional construction team is preferred.
