KYN61-40.5 indoor AC armored movable high voltage switchgear is an AC metal-enclosed switchgear which is a three-phase AC 50HZ, rated voltage 40.5KV indoor complete distribution device. As power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to accept and distribute electrical energy, the circuit to play a control, protection and detection functions, but also can be used for frequent operation of the place.
The switchgear is made of high quality zinc-plated aluminum. It has the advantages of flexible operation, strong interchangeability, stability, high safety performance and high intelligence.
This switchgear conforms to IEC-298, GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-2006 and DL404-1997 and other standards.
Part Ⅰ: Operating Characteristics
1. The upper limit of ambient temperature is +40℃ and the average value measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35℃ and the lower limit is -15℃.
2. Altitude:not more than 1000 meters above sea level.
3. Relative humidity: the daily average does not exceed 95%, the monthly average does not exceed 90%.
4. Seismic intensity: not more than 8 degrees.
5. Water vapor pressure: daily average not more than 2.2KPa, monthly average not more than 90%.
Part Ⅱ: Structural Features
The switchgear is designed in accordance with GB3906-1991 and IEC298 standards for armored metal-enclosed switchgear. The whole consists of cabinet body and extractable part. The cabinet structure is assembled and assembled with bolts. The switchgear is separated into breaker room, main busbar room, cable room and relay instrument room by metal partition. The protection level of the shell reaches IP3X, the protection level of each isolation room is IP2X, and all metal structure parts are reliably grounded, and each compartment of the main circuit system has independent pressure release channels for exhaust.

6. The cable room has ample space and can be connected with multiple cables.
7. Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and circuit short circuit
8. The protection level of the shell is IP3X, and the protection level is IP2X when the door of the trolley room is open.
