Non-encapsulated dry type transformers of 10kV level and below are made of dupont NOMEC insulation as the main insulation material. The products features are flame retardant, low loss, low noise, low local discharge, environmental protection, safe and reliable. They are generally installed in power distribution rooms or box-type substations for lighting or power supply and the capacity is generally 2500kVA and below.

Part Ⅱ: Product Features
1. Low Noise
① Adopt high-precision jogging line with stepping shear and automatic stacking function to reduce the burr of silicon steel sheet.
② The core stacking adopts "step full slope step lap joint technology" to improve the flux distribution at the joints.
2. Low Loss
① Optimize the transposition between the wires to make the cross-chain flux uniform and reduce the circulating losses caused by leakage magnetism.
② Implement slotting process on the core pulling plate to reduce the loss of core structural parts and prevent local overheating.
3. Environmental protection
① NOMEX insulation paper is non-toxic and non-hazardous, not polluting the environment
② Under the burning of high temperature open fire, SGB transformer almost no smoke generated
4. Low local discharge
Well-designed coil structure and vacuum pressure impregnation treatment process make SGB transformer partial discharge ≤5pC.
5. Flame retardant
① Wire insulation using the United States DuPont NOMEX insulation paper, with a stable molecular structure of the material, has superior high temperature resistance, flame retardant properties.
② Burning grade F1
6. Strong short circuit resistance
① High voltage coil adopts continuous pie type structure, with good mechanical strength.
② The low-voltage coil adopts foil structure, with uneven ampere-turn and small leakage, which reduces the axial mechanical force.

Part Ⅶ: Packaging and Transportation

Before packing the transformer, make a packing plan, and carry out packing according to the design scheme and plan when packing. The packing list corresponds to the materials in the box one to one. Pack the box in two copies, one in the packing box and the other nailed outside the packing box. Important parts and spare parts are packed in wooden boxes, and the box numbers are set in order.
The transformer is transported in bare installation, and the fuel tank is emptied before transport. It is tied to a transport vehicle by a wire rope, and the transport speed does not exceed 15km/h.
The terminal is guaranteed to have large-scale transformer lifting equipment, and the lashing is firm after loading to ensure safe and reliable transportation.
