YY Copper Conductor PVC Insulated and Sheathed Control Cable has good resistance to high temperature, cold and aging, and are generally used for control and monitoring circuits and protection lines. In addition, Everhydro can provide flame retardant, fire resistant and low smoke and halogen free control cables according to customer requirements.
There are two types of insulation materials, PVC and XLPE.
PVC insulated control cables include the following models: KVV, KVV22, KVV32
XLPE insulated control cables include the following models: KYJV, KYJV22, KYJV32, KYJY, KYJY23, KYJY33
Part Ⅰ: Operating Characteristics

2. Conductor: oxygen-free copper
3. Insulation: PVC/XLPE

5. Armored: Steel Tape Armored (KVV22, KYJV22, KYJY23)

6. Max. admissible operating temperature of conductor: PVC insulation: 70℃
7. The installation temperature should be not over 0℃, if the ambient temperature lower than 0℃, the cable should be preheated.
8. The bending radius of cable: Non-armoured PVC insulated cable is not less than 6 times diameter of cable.
9. Standards: The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB/T9330, Q/320282DCE005 and GB/T19666.
