Product Introduction

SY Cable Copper Conductor PVC Insulated and Sheathed Control Flexible Cable is mainly used for power, control and signal transmission lines for electrical, instrumentation and electronic equipment and automation devices. This cable can be used when the cable is required to be soft for indoor use or when there is a requirement for movement for indoor use.

According to whether with screen function, it is divided into two specifications, KVVR and KVVRP.


Part Ⅰ: Operating Characteristics

1. Rated power-frequency voltage Uo/U: 450/750V or 0.6/1 kV

2. Conductor: oxygen-free copper

3. Insulation: PVC

4. Sheathing: PVC

Screen: Copper Wire Screen (KVVRP)

5. Max. admissible operating temperature of conductor: 70℃ (PVC insulation)

6. The installation temperature should be not over 0℃, if the ambient temperature lower than 0℃, the cable should be preheated.

7. The bending radius of cable: screen flexible cable is not less than 12 times diameter of cable.

8. Standards: The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB/T9330, Q/320282DCE005, GB/T19666, BS5308-1:19, BS5308-2:1986.
