Description

110kV three-winding power transformer with Off-circuit tap-changer is a high efficiency, low loss, high capacity power transformer for high voltage level power system. The transformer has three independent windings, which are used for high voltage side, medium voltage side and low voltage side. The non-excitation voltage regulation technology is adopted to reduce the reactive power loss in the power system and improve the power factor of the system. Due to the three-winding design and non-excitation voltage regulation technology, this transformer has high efficiency and low losses, which can improve the energy utilization and economy of the power system.

Features:

1. Scientific computing tools: the transformer uses advanced electric, magnetic, thermal and mechanical computing software to calculate electro-magnetic field and magnetic flux leakage distributions, to analyze wave processes, and to select reliable insulation margin, thus to guarantee product reliability.

 

2. Reasonable structural layout: The transformer uses multilevel stepped lap helical structure to reduce the no-load losses and noise. Its core is supported by inside rods,and its winding uses cardboard tubes to enhance short circuits withstand capacity,we also uses baffle plate to direct the oil flow for reduction of winding temperature rise. Heterotypic radiators are applied to improve the cooling centers for reduction of oil temperature rise. All internal insulating parts and metal structural parts have round processed for reduction of partial discharge.

 

3. Advanced technology: Its core is automatically cut with high precision and few burrs. It works without folding the upper yoke, with surface coated double H curing adhesive and fastened. We have vertical winding machine with digital control tension device. Its active part adopts phase-assembly technology, and the lead is wholly pre-fabricated. Automatic control of Kerosene Vapor-phase drying process is used.
