DESCRIPTION:

DS-11 Accelerator (liquid) is suitable for concrete of wet spraying or mortar.It has characteristics of nodust,low rebound ratio, etc. It applies to permanent and temporary of bracing projects of concrete.

1,the product is a colorless liquid,the proportion is1. 3~1. 4, PH is 8. 0~10. 0.

2, ID strength can be improved more than 40%, 28D strength is not less than 80% which is comparedwithout adding this product of concrete.
3,no corrosion for rebar.

4, good adaptability to cement Post strength and depth of single shotcrete layer is higher than otheraccelerators.
5, interval between initial and fmal setting time is short.

Usage

1,the content is 4%~6% of cement.

2, solid mass is 30% of Accelerator.

3, before use, trial which aim at cement of the project should be tested Only after being determ ined theappropriate content,it can be used heavily.

4,in order to ensure strength,earl spraying conservation should be enhanced.

5,strictly control the W/C ratio of concrete.

6,the operator should take anticorrosive measures.

7,avoid mix the acid

Packing & Storage

1,packing by iron or plastic barrels. The weight of each barel is 200kg-250kg.

2, store in ventilated,cool warehouse. .

3, the product expiration is six months.
