DESCRIPTION:
The main ingredient of DS-10 Accelerator (powder) is the alkali metal after being milled and calcined.The main function is to adjust the setting time of concrete. In addition,this product can be rapid hardened,andits early strength can be improved, etc. It applies to permament and temporary bracing projects of concrete.

Usage
1,content:accelerating effect is accelerated with increasing of content, but in order to ensure the strength,there must be an optim um range,optimal range is determined to test.
2, W/C ratio:accelerating effect is slowing down with the increasing of W/C ratio. When the W/C ratio is0. 4,the cement has a very good accelerating effect,when W/C ratio is greater than 0. 4,the initial setting time isstill within 5 min,but the final setting time will be more than 10 min and strength in absolute value beenreduced
3,temperature,humidity:the setting speed is accelerated with the increasing of temperature;on thecontrary,when humidity is high,the setting speed will be reduced. When the temperature is below 10 ℃,thecement is still accelerating effect,but the final setting will be more than 10 min.4,before use,taking a trial aim at cement of the project. Only after being determined the appropriatecontent,it can be used heavily.
5,permeable and leaking project must increase the content.
Packing & Storage
1,packing by double bags,inside plastic,outside woven,the net weight of each bag is 25kg.
2, Store in ventilated,cool warehouse.
3, the product expiration date is 1 year. Expire products can still be used after testing qualified
