DESCRIPTION:
DS-UEA expander is often used of alunite. It can appropriately compensate shrinkage of concrete,preventconcrete cracking. It applies to basements, tunnels,pools,water tower,and other concrete projects.

1,powder: fmeness 0. 08mm of sieve residue is less than 10%,specific gravity is 2. 85.2, restricted expansion rate is 0. 02%~0. 04%, stress is 0. 2~0. 8MPa,impervious grade is above P12.3, compared with expansion agent of concrete and ordinary concrete, slightly faster setting time,gascontent decreases, less bleeding,bond strength is improved,impermeability capacity is increased more thantwice times,heat of hydration is reduced.
4,with the increase of content ofDS-UEA,concrete expansion rate increases,intensity decreases slightly.5,corrosion resistance:water quality pollution-free, no corrosion of rebar,no slump loss.
Usage
1,the use of mixed,general waterproofingproject is10%~12% of cement,strengthened project is14%~16%
2,suitable for mechanical stirring, after adding water, the time of mixing will be extended more than 30sfor ordinary concrete.
3,the Expander is easy to use,directly put into concrete. Construction emphasized: accurate ingredients,mixing uniform,vibrating compaction,enhancing wet curing,wet curing period is not less than 7d.
