DESCRIPTION:
DS-9 air-entraining admixture is a new type of concrete air-entraining admixture which is used formodification of triterpene saponins powder. It has an excellent performance in concrete air entraining. It appliesto irrigation works,culverts, tunnels, bridges,roads,expressways,and mass concrete projects.
Technical performances & features
1,this productis light brown powder, easily soluble in water.
2,the slump can be increased,with the same slump of concrete, the water consumption of concrete can bereduced.
3,the water-resistance of concrete can be improved.
4, air-entraining volume is 3%~6%. Bubbles is uniform,concrete workability,imperm eability andfrost-resistance of the concrete can be improved.
5,time difference of the initial and final setting is between -90~+120min.
6,after mixed,the grade of concrete frost-resistance≥D200.
Usage
1,the content is 0. 02~0. 06% of cement.
2,it should be added together with the mixing water and slightly extended mixing time about 15s.
Packing & Storage
1,packing bydouble bags,inside plastic,outside woven. Moisture-proof performance is good, if wet knot,it can be dissolved with water,the results are not affected.
2,store in ventilated and dry dedicated warehouse.3,the product expiration date is 2 years. Expire products can still be used after testing qualified.
