Many users are not clear about what a dense busbar is when designing and selecting a busbar. Today, we at HYDGET will describe it in detail for you.
The intensive type adopts a typical sandwich structure, with reasonable design and superior performance. It has the characteristics of stability and reliability, high power distribution efficiency, good heat dissipation, voltage reduction, mechanical shock resistance and easy installation. The current level ranges from 250A to 6300A, which can meet the power transmission and distribution needs of different user groups.
Sandwich conductor structure
■ Full length dense, will not form "chimney effect"
■ Compact structure, occupying less building space
■ Conductors are closely arranged, overall heat dissipation, lower temperature rise
■ Busbar is not bent at the socket, high density, low impedance
■ Anti-phase mismatch design to ensure the correct phase sequence during installation
■ Current carrying capacity is not affected by installation position and installation method
Aluminum-magnesium alloy shell
■ The busbar system uses lightweight, extruded aluminum alloy profiles as the shell, with a thickness of not less than 2mm, high mechanical strength, and can calmly cope with various special application conditions
■ The spray-coated shell has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand 1200 hours of salt spray test
■ The aluminum alloy shell has excellent heat dissipation performance, and the heat dissipation capacity is twice that of the steel shell
■ The aluminum alloy shell with serrated heat sink has a heat dissipation area that is more than 1.5 times that of the ordinary shell, which improves the heat dissipation conditions and current carrying capacity. It has excellent electrical conductivity, and the overall shell is not less than 50% of the grounding capacity of the phase line.
■ The aluminum alloy shell is a non-magnetic environmentally friendly material, which can effectively avoid the impact of eddy current and hysteresis loss on the bus duct system.
Single-bolt connector
■ Abandoning the traditional design, a single-bolt clamping mechanism is adopted, which is quick and reliable to install, and the installation speed is twice as fast as the traditional connector.
■ Double-headed fixed torque bolts are used to ensure the pressure required for connection; with a special disc spring, it ensures the lasting pressure between the connection contact surfaces.
■ A temperature indication module can be configured separately to ensure that maintenance can be reminded when the system fails or the temperature rise is too high.
■ The cross-section of the connecting busbar is more than 1.2 times the cross-section of the busbar of the bus duct system, and the contact surface is double-sided overlap, which effectively reduces the contact resistance.
■ The edges of the insulating partitions are added with concave and convex grooves to increase the creepage distance
Unique anti-phase mismatch device
■ Whether the phase sequence is correct or not is directly related to the safe operation of the busbar system. The mechanical anti-phase mismatch device of the Sunshine Electric Busbar System^ effectively eliminates the hazards caused by human factors. Even if the installer is careless, the phase sequence will not be wrong.
Reliable insulation materials
■ The Junzi Electric Busbar System adopts standard Class B (130℃) insulation materials
■ Double-layer wrapping, up to four layers between phases, to ensure the reliability of insulation
■ The insulation heat resistance grade of this material is Class B, and the single-layer withstand voltage can reach more than 10kV. It is a professional electrical insulation material recommended by the International IEC Association
■ No toxicity, and no substances harmful to human health will be produced under high temperature conditions
Safe and reliable tapping unit
■ Bimetallic pin structure, silver-plated surface, to ensure lasting contact pressure and low contact resistance
■ Equipped with a safety interlocking mechanism, the switch cannot be closed when the plug-in box is not installed in place, which can effectively avoid plugging and unplugging the plug-in box with load
■ Anti-phase mismatch design to ensure correct plug-in and unplugging of the plug-in box
■ All live parts of the plug-in box are effectively electrically isolated. When the plug-in box is installed, its ground wire is connected to the bus duct system before the phase wire. When the plug-in box is disassembled, the ground wire is disconnected last.
