The suspension wire clamp has a U-shaped bracket and a clamping block fixedly installed on the bracket. The central axis of the clamping block has a through groove used for cable clamping. The top surface of the clamping block is also provided with an opening connected to the through groove. The bracket includes one and two clamping arms for clamping the clamping block. One clamping arm has a mounting component for fixing the bracket. The bottoms of the two clamping arms are pivotally connected by a pivot shaft. The clamping block is fixedly connected to the clamping arm, and a locking piece is designed at the opening of the bracket. When installing the cable, due to the connection between the two clamping arms, the clamping space formed by the first and second clamping arms on the bracket can be opened, which makes the construction of the opening of the stretching clamping block easier. Since the clamping block of this structure is fixed on the bracket, there is no need to worry about the clamping block falling.

 

When installing the suspension clamp, first install the bracket on a fixed object (pole or tower), then clamp the insulating block on the cable, and then install the cable and the insulating block into the bracket together. The use of the suspension clamp can reduce the stress of the cable on the hanging point, and at the same time control the stress of wind vibration and assist the cable in shock absorption, thereby better protecting the cable.
