Features of isolated phase enclosed busbar:

 

The conductor and shell of isolated phase enclosed busbar are made of aluminum plate rolled and welded, with the following characteristics:

 

1. Reduce grounding faults and avoid phase-to-phase short circuits. The isolated phase enclosed busbar can eliminate grounding faults caused by external moisture, dust and foreign objects due to the protection of the shell. The busbar adopts phase-separated sealing to prevent the occurrence of phase-to-phase short circuits.

 

2. Eliminate the heating of steel structure. The isolated phase enclosed busbar adopts shell shielding to fundamentally solve the problem of induction heating of steel structure.

 

3. Reduce the short-circuit electromotive force between phases. Due to the double shielding effect of eddy current and circulating current on the shell, the short-circuit electromotive force of the phase-to-phase conductor is greatly reduced.

 

4. Improve the safety and reliability of operation. The pot insulator of the plant adopts SMC After the busbar is pressed and sealed, condensation on the insulator is prevented. At the same time, hydrogen and temperature measuring devices are used. The measurement signals can be displayed on site or transmitted to the DCS system to improve the safety and reliability of operation. After the busbar is sealed, conditions are created for ventilation cooling.

 

5. The closed busbar is produced as a complete set by the factory, the quality is guaranteed, the operation and maintenance workload is small, the construction and installation are simple, and no fence is required, which simplifies the requirements for civil engineering.

 

6. The shell is in the same phase, including the branch circuit, and the electrical full connection is adopted. Multi-point grounding is adopted to make the shell basically at the same potential. The grounding method is greatly simplified and the risk of electric shock is eliminated.

 

7. The insulation level of the phase-separated closed busbar is higher than the Chinese national standard GB/T8349, the American national standard ANSIC37.23 and the British national standard BS159
