When mixing ordinary water reducer agents containing lignosulfonate substances, a cement adaptability test should be done first, and they can be used only after passing the test.
High-efficiency wate reducer admixtures can be used in plain concrete, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and can be used to prepare high-strength concrete. Standard high-efficiency water-reducing admixtures are suitable for concrete construction where the daily minimum temperature is above 0°C, and can also be used for steam-cured concrete.
Polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance water reducer is suitable for use in high-strength concrete, self-compacting concrete, pumped concrete, fair-faced concrete, prefabricated component concrete and steel tube concrete, and concrete with high volume stability, high durability or high workability requirements. Air-entraining water-reducing admixtures should be used for concrete with freeze-thaw resistance requirements, pumped concrete and concrete that is prone to bleeding;
It can be used for impermeable concrete, sulfate-resistant concrete, lean concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, artificial sand concrete and concrete with facing requirements. It is not suitable for steam-cured concrete and prestressed concrete.
