Transformer Installation Steps And Precautions

Before the transformer is hoisted, the foundation, basic track or embedded steel plate of the transformer should be inspected and accepted. For overhead installed transformers, the overhead transformer platform should be inspected and accepted to ensure that the strength, geometric dimensions, coordinates, and elevation of the transformer foundation or transformer platform meet the design and construction specifications. It is generally required that the foundation track or embedded steel plate of the transformer should be horizontal and two parallel. The wheelbase of the transformer should be consistent with the gauge, the center is aligned, and the allowable deviation is not more than 10mm. For transformers equipped with gas relays, the top cover of the transformer should have a 1% to 1.5% rising slope along the gas relay flow direction. When the transformer adopts a hard bus to directly enter the household, the center line of the transformer foundation should be aligned with the center of the wall partition; when the transformer is connected to the bus, the center of the bus should be aligned with the center of the transformer foundation. For transformers equipped with rollers, the rollers should be able to rotate flexibly. After the transformer is in place, the wheels should be fixed firmly.
